Returns Policy – Hassle‑Free & Straightforward
We accept returns of unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
- Please email us at info@harperandhedgie.com to receive a Return Id Number.
- Returns must be shipped to the address provided within 14 days of when you received them. Please email us a tracking number to help ensure we receive your shipment.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a credit or refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the shoes within 4 business days.
- There is a 20% restocking fee if you received FREE shipping with your order unless it is determined that the return is due to our error. This covers our cost for shipping out your original order.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Quality Guarantee & Defects
We take pride in our small‑batch craftsmanship. We inspect all orders before shipping because we care about what you will receive! Therefore, it is rare that you will receive an item that is damaged or defective (or the incorrect item) upon arrival. If your shoes arrive with a defect or damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.
