Standard Shipping:
- Shipping rates shouldn't be a deal breaker! We like FREE shipping just like you do... which is why we ALWAYS offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. Orders. NO minimum purchase required!
- Tracking is included free on orders $16 and up. On smaller orders (under $16) you may upgrade your shipping to included tracking at check-out for a very low rate (First-Class Package).
- Orders placed using Standard Shipping are usually delivered within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays) from the date you place your order, including processing time (pending credit authorization and address verification).

Please Note: Free Standard Shipping is not available for orders shipping to U.S. Territories, Military addresses, AK, HI, PR and some rural areas.

We realize some customers need their orders sooner than later, which is why we offer multiple shipping options.

USPS First Class Package - Orders are usually delivered within 3-6 business days from the date you place your order, including processing time (pending credit authorization and address verification).

USPS Priority Mail - Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days from the date you place your order, including processing time (pending credit authorization and address verification).

USPS Priority Mail Express - Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days from the date you place your order, including processing time (pending credit authorization and address verification). This shipping option is the only expedited shipping service we offer.
- Please note: unless you select Priority Mail Express Shipping, orders are not rushed and still require a 1-3 day processing time on top of the shipping time frame given at check-out. If you require special arrangements for shipping or have any concerns about the time frame you will receive your order, please contact us FIRST before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate.
- Once an order is placed you should receive an Order Confirmation Email. Once your order ships you should receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information (tracking is always included free for orders $16 and up and can be added to smaller orders at check-out).
International Shipping:
We will do our best to accommodate all International Shipping. We currently have a flat rate shipping fee set at $10.00. For shipping time frames please contact us for an estimate as it will vary by location and customs. We are not responsible for any Custom or Duty Taxes. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges for International orders.
Address Changes:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to put the correct shipping address in during the check-out process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. Please take the time to double check your information before submitting.
- If you are sending your order as a gift please double check to make sure the order is going to the correct address.
- We cannot change the delivery address once it leaves our store.
